his is the final week of "official team summer training." Individuals with high goals will be independent and motivated and will be find ways to train.
* Points for activities will be counted until 7/31, at which time Stud Club 2026 will be FINAL. However, ATHLETES must inform Coach Baxter of outside activities in order to receive points!
After this week:
Lifting - if Coach Dolph has open lift times, I will share them with you. Otherwise, spread your wings and find a way to stay strong and get strong.
Mat Workouts - we may continue small group workouts but they are TBA at this time.
Summer - enjoy it, it will be fleeting. After this week, students will have 18 days until the first day of school!
