KETTERING — Fairmont Athletics is proud to announce the Fairmont Athletic Hall of Fame Class of 2026, a group of standout Firebirds whose impact has stretched far beyond their years competing in blue and silver, blue and red, or purple and white.

This year’s class includes:
• Mark McCormick – Fairmont East High School | Class of 1981
• Abby (Galbreath) Vance – Fairmont High School | Class of 2010
• Tim Voegli – Fairmont High School | Coach
• James (Jim) Siewe – Chair Emeritus
• Sarah Vonderbrink – Fairmont High School | Class of 2009

The celebration of these remarkable individuals will take place during Hall of Fame Induction Weekend, beginning on Friday, February 6, when all inductees will be honored at halftime of the Fairmont Boys Basketball game vs. Springfield inside Trent Arena.

The weekend culminates with the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on Sunday, February 8, where the Class of 2026 will officially be enshrined among the greatest in Fairmont’s storied athletic history.

Fairmont has long celebrated more than athletic achievements; we celebrate character, leadership, and the legacy our Firebirds leave behind. This year’s inductees continue that proud tradition, and we look forward to honoring them in February.
