This week we return to the normal schedule of lifts and open gyms on Monday and Wednesday, as well as open gym only on Sunday.

Monday 9/22 - Open Gym (Main Gym) 3:30-5PM // Weight Lifting 5-5:45PM
Tuesday 9/23 - OFF
Wednesday 9/24 - Open Gym (Main Gym) 3:30-5PM // Weight Lifting 5-5:45PM
Thursday 9/25 - OFF
Friday 9/26 - OFF
Saturday 9/27 - OFF
Sunday 9/28 - Open Gym (Arena) 10:30-Noon
